It was perfect ❤️ Loved the brook in the back and the feeling of being all alone even though we were on a road with many other houses. Perfect distance to many waterfalls and shops and restaurants. |

My best friend and I wanted to stay somewhere that was quiet and great location to hike if we chose to. Wasn’t far from Asheville and black mountain. I would stay again. |

Falling water was a very nice little cozy cabin with a great layout and wonderful accomodations. These host have their guest in mind for how the place is stocked with various items. great for a small family |

This cottage is as described. Very nice inside and out. I had hoped that there would have been basic cable. After hiking a good portion of the day I like to relax and watch sports. The lack of basic cable made this a less than perfect stay. David was kind enough to add the Fox Sports App so that I could watch the Super Bowl , however my last request for NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX went unanswered. My opinion is that if you are not offering any premium cable then at least offer basic cable. |

We really enjoyed our stay at Davids place. We would definitely stay again. Very comfortable and clean and in a wonderful location for hiking to see waterfalls and many great breweries. |

We loved our stay at Babbling Brook! It was peaceful and in a beautiful location. The proximity to DuPont State Forest is great and we so enjoyed curling up by the fire after a morning of hiking! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups to explore off leash. We’re already so excited for our next trip! ❤️ |

The Stoney Brook Cottage was an extreme cute cottage that sits alongside a beautiful creek and beautiful nature. The cottage is has a few other cottages around but a very quiet community. The hot tub was very relaxing after skiing for the day. Sitting outside on the porch, drinking coffee was very relaxing listening to the creeks water flow. The host provided all of our amenities. Very clean and organized. |

the place is actually way cooler than the pics. high ceilings, cool rustic decor and the stream near the cabin is such a nice ambiance for evenings in the hot tub. highly recommended. |
